To create an account and use uoel, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person or organisation.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of uoel or any of its affiliated service providers.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
  • You must not have a currently active self-exclusion or restriction applied to your account.

3 Your Account

Each player may hold only one account on uoel. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials – username, password, and any biometric authentication method – secure and confidential. uoel will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Your account balance is held in PKR. All gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. We do not offer currency conversion or multi-currency accounts.

4 Deposits and Payments

uoel supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed during the deposit process.

Deposits are intended to fund your gaming activity on uoel. Depositing funds without genuine intent to play, for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or testing the payment system, is not permitted and may result in account review.

uoel does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g. your bank, JazzCash, or Easypaisa) may apply their own transaction charges, over which uoel has no control. Always check with your payment provider if you are unsure about any applicable charges on their end.

Deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time and you have confirmation from your payment provider, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your account must be verified and in good standing.
  • Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before the relevant funds become withdrawable.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. If this is not feasible, our support team will assist with an alternative.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown during the withdrawal process.
  • uoel reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. We do not deduct platform fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or wallet provider may charge their own fees.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

uoel offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL matches or T20 series. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) will be specified for each offer.   • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

  • Attempting to abuse bonuses – including creating multiple accounts, using automated tools, or placing hedge bets to artificially meet wagering requirements – is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on uoel – including slots, live casino tables, fish games, and sports betting – are governed by their own individual rules displayed within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before participating.

Sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports, operate under specific settlement rules. Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with uoel's sporting rules applicable to that market at the time the bet was placed.

Live casino games are operated by third-party providers. The result determined by the dealer and the game software is final. In the event of a technical fault during a live game, hands or rounds affected may be declared void and stakes returned, at the discretion of the game provider and uoel.

Slot and fish game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Results are independent of previous outcomes and cannot be influenced by any external action. uoel does not manipulate game outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on uoel and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure:

  • Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
  • Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes in games or the betting system.
  • Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting syndicates in a manner designed to unfairly extract value from the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or disrupt any part of the uoel platform or its underlying technology.
  • Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward uoel staff or other players.

Zero Tolerance: uoel operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, collusion, and multi-accounting. Where prohibited conduct is detected, uoel reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities if required.

9 Responsible Gaming

  • Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct is suspected.
  • The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
  • Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified.
  • The account has been inactive for an extended period and the player cannot be contacted.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to active investigations or bonus restrictions will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, uoel shall not be liable for:
